outside school hours care : fees

Fees are set annually by the COM prior to the commencement of the school year. Fees are designed to cover the cost of the programs and to meet the projected budget for the Service and are subject to change. All families using the Service are required to pay fees for the care of their children.

Before School Care

  • Permanent Bookings: $6.00 per session
  • Casual Bookings: $8.00 per session

After School Care

  • Permanent Bookings: $13.00 per session
  • Casual Bookings: $16.00 per session

Late Pick Up Fee

A late fee penalty of $1 per minute is charged for children not collected by 6pm.

Fee Payment Permanent and Casual Bookings

Accounts will be issued weekly and are charged one fortnight in advance. Any parent who has not paid the account within 7 days will not be permitted to use the service until payment is made. All casual bookings are to be paid on the day. Should families be experiencing financial difficulties, please see Megan Smith to discuss this matter and make other arrangements if appropriate. Families with permanent bookings Before and After School fees will not be charged for Public Holidays and Child Free Days. Families wishing to take holidays during school term must advise the OSHC Coordinator in writing two weeks prior to the commencement of their holidays and only in this instance will the fees not be charged for the period of absence. Where your child is ill or not able to attend the After School Care program, please advise the OSHC at the earliest possible time so the Co-ordinator is aware of the absence. You can contact the OSHC service on 9421 8901. Fees will still apply on the day.

Child Care Benefit

All parents/caregivers are eligible for Child Care Benefit from the Family Assistance Office. How much you will receive will be determined by the FAO so please contact them on 136 150. You will need to quote the school provider number provided below.
